Under these new guidelines, Americans can expect:
Within 2 days for mail traveling 140 or fewer miles.;
Within 3 days for mail traveling between 140 and 930 miles;
Within 4 days for mail traveling between 930 and 1,907 miles;
And within 5-7 days for mail traveling longer distances.
